By engaging Tadow Consulting, LLC for business consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Consulting services are delivered according to agreed scopes and timelines. While Tadow Consulting, LLC may provide estimated completion windows, timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays in client responses or required access may affect delivery schedules.
Services may be billed as project-based work, retainers, or other agreed structures described in a Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. Invoices issued by Tadow Consulting, LLC are due according to the terms stated in the applicable agreement.
To provide effective consulting services, Tadow Consulting, LLC requires timely access to relevant business information, records, and decision-makers. The client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining legal rights to any materials shared during the engagement.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the governing contract. Any outstanding fees for services rendered by Tadow Consulting, LLC prior to termination remain payable.
Under no circumstances shall Tadow Consulting, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Consulting recommendations are provided in good faith, and implementation outcomes may vary based on factors outside our control.
